A great introduction to Scandinavian cooking - I have had great success with the potato salad recipes as well as the blueberry "pancakes" (much more like a crepe). Enjoyed the write-ups for each of the recipes one half tour of the region, one half cookbook/5(61).

If you want a good cook book on Hygge, this is one of the better ones. But there is so much more to the Hygge concept than food. And there are other really wonderful cook books related to Hyygge and scandinavian cooking.
